Barbara Englehart is an energy efficiency professional helping improve the comfort, health, and performance of residential and commercial buildings.’ She is the Business Development and Outreach manager for LEAP (Local Energy Alliance Program), the operator of the Home Performance with Energy Star program in Northern VA.’ Barbara is also a business sustainability consultant with Englehart Consulting and volunteer and adviser to the Arlington Energy Masters program.
Adam Letcher is the managing member of The Fifth Fuel. The Fifth Fuel is an Energy Services Company located in Northern Virginia. The company provides energy retrofit services to residential, commercial and industrial clients. They also provide Energy Star certifications and code compliance inspections for new construction projects.
